New series specially designed for cutting sandwich materials with core arranged in cells or honeycomb. Its compression geometry produces a burr-free finish on both the top and bottom edges of the cut, while the innovative micro-tooth helix design enables effective chip fragmentation and prevents chipping or the “flagging effect” that typically occurs in the core of these materials during milling. Indicated for cutting:

• Panels and graphic supports such as: Falcon Board®, BioBoardTM, Reboard® or other similar Honeycomb boards.
• Aluminum Honeycomb panels.
• Sandwich panels with reinforced cores (Nomex®).
• Cellular Polycarbonate.
